1. How do I become a member of OWIT?
You can join OWIT by attending one of our monthly meetings and registering
there, or get in touch with Anne Wanyoike
2. How can OWIT help me?
OWT provides a networking forum that works! At our monthly meetings
and during other activities, you get a chance to meet other people
in business and exchange ideas. OWIT members are drawn from a wide
range of profession and one would find all the support services
they would require represented amongst the members, such as marketing,
transport, legal, audit, information technology, public relations,
and many others
3. Where do members meet and when?
OWIT-Nairobi monthly meetings are held on the FIRST Tuesday of every
month, 12:30pm – 2:00 pm, at Parklands Sports Club. Tea and
cookies are served. Cost per person is KShs. Kshs 150 for members
and KShs. 200 for non-members. This is a speaker session and different
relevant topics are addressed each month, with ample time being
given for question and answer session. Refer to our calendar for
details on upcoming topics.
4. How can I contribute to OWIT
By attending monthly meetings, and getting involved in some of the
committees available which keep the organisation going. Also by
passing on information to other members about upcoming trade events,
networking events and other opportunities
5. What are the benefits of being a registered member?
Registered members have their profiles on our website. They also
have
Attendance to some events at subsidized rates and may even get full
sponsorship. Access to OWIT INTERNATIONAL website is restricted
to registered members only.
