She is the Founder of Premier Training Services Ltd (PTS). PTS provides high impact training solutions in Sales, Service & Leadership.
Mucha has a Masters in Finance from the University of Brunel and she is currently working to complete a Masters in Organisational Psychology with the University of London.
Mucha is a Certified Trainer of Trainers with over 10 years’ experience in training & curriculum development. She is also a licenced Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Assessor.
Six Seconds is a Not For Profit Organisation whose primary focus is to support people to create positive change. Through 20 years of global experience and extensive research, Six Seconds has shown that the scientifically-based skills of emotional intelligence (EQ) are essential for change. These skills are learnable, and predict stronger effectiveness, wellbeing, relationships, and quality of life.
As a Master Facilitator & International Keynote Speaker, Mucha utilises the Six Seconds learning methodology & EQ Model, a robust and practical tool for training & coaching in Sales, Customer Experience & Leadership.

Faith Kanaga is the Board Secretary
Faith Kanaga is the Board Secretary and is serving the second term in that capacity. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years’ experience in private legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Faith is the Founder and Managing Partner at the law firm Kanaga & Associates Advocates based in Nairobi which she founded in the year 2014. She is an experienced corporate & commercial lawyer with extensive experience and expertise in providing clients with legal consultancy, advisory and transactional services. She has worked and continues to work with a diverse client portfolio including corporates, multinationals, small & medium enterprises (SMEs), property developers, financial institutions, manufacturers etc. She has been the lead legal advisor to clients in handling a wide range of legal transactions, her specialty being in contracts, joint ventures, company formation, corporate law, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, business law, real estate, property law & conveyancing, construction & infrastructure, tax advisory, trademarks, patents and estate planning.
As a corporate & commercial lawyer she takes pride in facilitating trade for both Kenyan and foreign entities by ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while mitigating potential risks associated with conducting business. She strives to be a reliable and dependable legal resource of choice for her clients.
Faith is also passionate about community service and mentorship for young people from less privileged backgrounds. She has taken part in various community service initiatives in addition to being a dedicated Rotarian and an active member of the Rotary Club of Nairobi - Langata.
Natasha Nalyaka is the Board Treasurer.
She owns Lavida Events Design & Management company that specializes in crafting event ideas to reality. Be it social, business or otherwise, all elements of an event are carefully planned and flawlessly executed to create a memorable experience for you and your guests.
Natasha Nalyaka is currently a Cherie Blair Women Mentroship Program attendee.
Natasha is the planner extraordinaire who gets things done, to and above your wishes! She believes that a professional event planner makes all the difference.
Kezy Mukiri is the Vice president in charge of Programs.
She is the CEO of Zuri Ignite - a brand management firm which is the leading champion of Sustainable Event Management in East Africa. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Senior Partner at Mukiri Global Advocates (MGA) which specializes in providing tailor-made legal, tax and business consultancy services.
Kezy is passionate about Internationalization of Trade as well as building strong brands and sustainable enterprises on the African Continent. During her consultancy work, she has worked with some of the region’s most vibrant brands, MNCs, government institutions, International Organisations and MSMEs.
In 2015 Kezy was selected to join the Mandela Washington Fellowship. The fellowship is the flagship project of President Obama's YALI -Young African Leaders Initiative. In addition, she was selected amongst only 69 women entrepreneurs across the globe for the Vital Voices Global Partnership fellowship which seeks to enhance the capacity of entrepreneurs to build sustainable enterprises and change communities.
Caroline Gathii is the Vice president in charge of Resource Mobilisation.
Caroline is a Management Consultant with over 18 years’ experience in various capacities in audit firms, private and public sectors, in academia and in consultancy. She started off her career in Pricewaterhousecoopers as an Auditor. In her career she worked at KPMG East Africa where she rose to the position of Senior Manager. She has been a Management Consultant with the European Union.
In 2013, Caroline went into consulting and now owns and manages FirstIdea Consulting Limited. The firm consults in the following main areas: Advisory, Training and Research. She also manages a Micro Finance, Angaza Credit Limited which specialises in lending to women micro business ventures. She is a Certified Trainer and facilitator in the areas of Financial Management, Governance, Entrepreneurship, Business Planning, and Risk Management amongst others.
Caroline has consulted for the sectors including: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Government Agencies, Health Institutions, and Education Institutions, International and local Non-Governmental Organisations amongst others.
Caroline has a Master’s Degree in Financial Management, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA,K) and holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a Certified Risk Management Practitioner from the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in the United Kingdom. She is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in the United Kingdom, Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK), a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), Organisation of Women in International Trade (OWIT) and the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Caroline services in the Board of Wetlands International. Her professional experience spans Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Malawi, Burundi, Somalia, Ghana and Tanzania.
Patricia Mwalimu is the Vice president in charge of Events and PR.
She is the Director at Party Lounges LTD, where she is the creative leader and planner. She is a vibrant and enthusiastic 31-year-old, who believes she is a natural creative solely because her maker is the Creator Himself, of whom she holds His image and likeness.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Gender Studies from the United States International University.
Patricia’s first work assignment after graduation was working at a public relations firm, where she gained a level of experience in the field.
She then later went on to begin working privately on events, which was how Party Lounges was birthed. Since then, Patricia is still setting trends in this industry. She is extremely passionate about events, meeting people and creating platforms for others to meet.
Nancy Aketch is the Vice President In charge of Membership.
Nancy Aketch is the founder of Tarajii Insurance Agency. Tarajii provides general insurance and consultancy services.
Nancy has 12 years of solid insurance experience having worked with some of the top insurance companies at senior managerial level. She holds Bachelor of commerce Degree (Marketing Option), she’s an associate of insurance Institute of Kenya (AIIK) and holds a Diploma in Insurance.
Nancy has reputable leadership skills and has developed great sense of professionalism for her company in the insurance industry. Her passion is to enhance professionalism and champion progressive change that yields insurance solutions in the industry.
Frida Owinga is the Board Advisor.
She previously served in the OWIT Board as the Chairperson 2016-17 and Vice Chair Programs, 2013-2015. She also sits on the International OWIT Board as Vice President, Chapter Development.
Frida is the CEO and founder of PassionProfit Ltd. A Business coaching, consulting and training firm which equips aspiring and existing entrepreneurs with skills and tools to create, manage and grow world class enterprises. She is passionate about helping people turn their passion into profit and has over 25 years’ experience in business environments, across industries and geographies.
She is an avid networker and was awarded Networker of the Year Award in 2012 by Business Networking International, the largest networking organization of the world. She is the Membership and PR Coordinator of Executive Leadership Network, Chairperson of PassionProfit Capital Ltd. an organization that helps SMEs finance their passions and National Director of Profit Network a business mentoring network.
Under Frida's leadership PassionPrfoit has been called upon by various leading banks in Kenya to train their business account holders these include Barclays Bank of Kenya, Kenya Commercial Bank, Chase Bank, Coop Bank and Gulf Africa Bank. She has also championed many women empowerment programs to help women optimize their trading potential.
She holds a Monthly Business talk, called Thrive, Business Success Boot Camps for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs and a weekly show on Facebook called for small and growing businesses called PassionProfit Live.
