Rosslyn Mutahi is a process and quality expert working with individuals and teams who want to simplify work, increase productivity and amplify profitability. She works with organizations who want to get work done consistently and sustainably. She does that by building the capacity of teams to fix and standardise work processes.
She is a graduate of Egerton University, a certified process green belt and a process coach of Process Management International. Rosslyn is a quality management systems’ lead auditor and a member of the National Technical Committee for Quality Management and Quality Assurance (KEBS/TC 154). She is a certified accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
She has over 15 years’ experience in customer service and process excellence, working in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and India. Her work and life experiences have given her a truly global outlook on people, culture and work. Having worked in several customer-facing roles, she has broad experience in developing internal work processes that match up with stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
She is a member of the Organisation of Women in International Trade (OWIT). At OWIT, she has previously served on the membership and resource mobilisation committees of OWIT Nairobi. She is currently the Vice President, Finance of OWIT Nairobi. She is also on the OWIT International board and is in that capacity responsible for Chapter Development.
She is director of two companies and is treasurer of the management committee of the Langata Health Centre, a public health institution.
She enjoys dancing, travel, reading and movies. She looks forward to living on a ranch, practicing permaculture. She aspires to sit on the board of five schools and on the management committees of 47 government health centers.
